Refunds

MassageOnBroadway does not offer refunds on massage services, prepaid sessions, gift certificates, and/or gift cards.

Refund Policy:

We retain the right to refuse service, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Prepaid Clients:

If you prepaid online, we would reschedule an appointment or issue you a gift code, no refunds will be issued.

 Please respect the time assigned and dedicated for your appointment. If you are late, the fee will be the same and your time on the table may be reduced if there is another client following immediately after your session.

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/ reschedule your appointment to avoid the cost of the entire scheduled session.

We are committed to professionalism and expect the same from our clients. Any inappropriate act/behavior that occurs, session will end immediately.  The cost of session is due.
